The WRI is an organization dedicated to high scholarly standards and high moral values. The group seeks to facilitate, through rigorous research and the use of technology, the gathering of truth and the uniting of those who seek truth for the building of Zion.
The WRI seeks to develop tools and resources that will help people from all walks of life find and share truth and organize their ideas in a way that meets high scholarly standards. These tools and resources will also be used to help good people with common loves, passions and goals meet and unite their efforts to defend and strengthen their families, bless their community, and benefit society. The Weaver Research Institute has done extensive research in history, archaeology, geology, and many of the other natural sciences to develop unifying theories to correlate the facts related by the prophets of God with the facts dug up in the earth. Accessing Technical Science
Making Technical Scientific Research Available
A key principle in helping the WRI with its mission is helping the public access, understand, and contribute to technical scientific research. Many of the publications and resources used in scientific research are inaccessible to the public because of the complex vocabulary that is used. Most authors have spent years taking dozens of highly specialized classes to learn the language of their scientific discipline. Most of the actual principles discussed, however, are simple to understand if someone will just take the time to put it in terms you and I can understand. The WRI is creating tools to help people explore in depth the principles of the natural sciences using articles and research discussed and organized in a way that is easy to understand.
